With almost 40 years of experience, I can and will give the guidance necessary to be energy efficient and renewable with a solid ROI on the capital we deploy. We can and will reduce our carbon foot print without sacrificing the quality of life we all enjoy. I am passionate that we have clean water and clean air. I am an avid sportsman a pristine environment is important to all of us.

We need to be very disciplined in our approach going forward in regards to city budget, capital expenses and personal management. Prudent management is necessary to maintain a sustainable and successful business model. I know first hand, as a city advisory board member, of the wasteful spending that must be eliminated. It's time for transparency, accountability and responsibility.

I am a firm believer that our city must continue to expand and grow. We need to be attractive to businesses and young professionals in all sectors of the economy. This will require high quality housing. All of which equate to local jobs which fuel our local economic engine. Maintaining and sustaining a clean, safe vibrant downtown area is vital for future generations.
